The Prepared Pregnancy One-Day Immersive

This one-day immersive class for expecting mothers and their partners will incorporate all that you need to know as you transition to becoming a parent/parents. The way we move and breathe is directly related to the way we are able to function throughout pregnancy, cope, and progress throughout labor, and heal postpartum. Education is crucial in advocating for ourselves, knowing our options, and being able to better understand the entire process. Whether you plan to brith at home or in the hospital, considering an epidural or an unmedicated birth or if you are planning on having a doula or not,  - this series is for you!  Our goal is to prepare you physically, mentally, and emotionally in pregnancy, birth and all the way through postpartum.

Private Prepared Pregnancy Class

We offer private or small group classes in the comfort of your own home.

We will go over everything that we teach in our one-day immersive class and personalize the class based on your individual needs and desires. You will receive our full guidebook + resources.

Class is usually about 4-5 hours and scheduled at your convenience.
